PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Sr Helpdesk Represntative (2006-Present) in a health related company with more than 5,000 employees. The IT department has 1,200 employees approximatelly nationwide.

Personal Trainer in a gym franchise (2004-2006). Provide assistence in exercise and nutrition to members that meet their individual needs and goals. Provide customer service to all members and guests

Information System Consultant (1997–2003). All-4-U Network, Dorado, PR. Served multiples clients, including pharmaceutical and bank industry as technical support specialist, instructor, programmer, webmaster and Sales Supervisor (Computers).
- Worked in projects like client migration, Y2K and Electronic Record/Signature (21 CFR Part 11).
- As Sales Supervisor (Computers), I coordinated and developed marketing strategies. Recruited, trained and motivated the sales force (8).
- Developed applications to meet the clients needs. Email and web site administración.
- Recognized for my extraordinary work by Managers, clients, users and work peers.
- Have evaluated and suggested changes for the technical service improvement, including hardware and software evaluation.

Technical Operations Supervisor (2001–2003). Telecomunications company, San Juan, PR. Make continous production job analisys. Provide solutions working with all parts impacted, including vendors.
- Developed procedures decreasing the response time and increasing the quality of service to the users.
- Planned, coordinated, and executed multiple simultaneous projects, including hardware/software inventory control and evaluation, relocation of users from four differents locations to a 5 level building, and POS systems updates.
- Support over eighty POS kiosks, incluyding Puerto Rico and Virgin Islands.

System Coordinator (1995–1997), System Operator I/II (1992–1995). Supreme Court of Puerto Rico, San Juan, PR. Act as a liason between users and the IT department central office, providing technical support and training.
- Able to integrate new technology to the existing infrastructure.
- Keep the internal systems security and administration, including backups.
- Received recognision for five years of service.
- Gainede the promotion to System Coordinator for my knowledge and performance.
