Some years ago I started to exercise and get a good nutrition. Of course I got some time off J. The first time I went to a gym was in 1999. If you are fast in math, you must know I was 34. Never is too late to make possitive changes, right?
Then I weighted 185# aproximately. Miguel Adrián, he was 3, saw me with no shirt, touched my chest and said "Dady, what big!". I got scared becuase he was breast fed :-). In that moment I decided to do something, not just for my look, but my health. I started to exercise, taking care of my nutrition and supplements. From 185# I droped to 155.
Seing the possitive results, I made the decision to study more about fitness. I read a lot about nutrition, exercise and motivation.
Then, I got a time off :-(. In February 2004 I weighted 172# and decided to start my routine again. This time I dropped down to 149#.
This time I was more serious and get certified as a fitness trainer and was working as a Personal Trainer for almost two years. As a Personal Trainer I helped a lot of people to reach their fitness and health goals.
All this was accomplished because I accepted my original condition and made the decision to change. If you don't accept your condition and do not make the decision to change, you will get the same resutls you have been getting until now.
